Soft chemical processes using layered compounds as precursors and topochemical reaction for the structure transformation are unique and useful methods for the developments of functional nanomaterials. The nanocrystal size, crystal facet on surface, morphology, crystal structure, and nanostructure can be controlled using the soft chemical processes. This lecture will give some topics on (1) exfoliation reaction for the syntheses of nanosheets of metal oxides and hydroxides; (2) syntheses of TiO2 nanocrystals with specific facet on surface for photocatalysts and dye-sensitized solar cells from layered titanate nanosheets; (3) syntheses of mesocrystals and mesocrystalline nanocomposites of ferroelectric materials, fabrications of oriented ferroelectric ceramics and films, and their application to high performance piezoelectric materials; (4) ferroelectric semiconductor for perovskite solar cells.

讲座人简介:

冯旗,男,旅日学者,日本国立九州大学理学博士,现任日本国立香川大学工学部教授,主要从事纳米功能材料水热软化学合成、金属氧化物纳米材料制备、无铅压电材料和新型太阳能电池开发等方面研究。冯旗教授已出版编著10余部,发表论文130余篇,获授权专利20余项,特邀讲座20余次。现任日本化学会理事、日本陶瓷协会理事、日本离子交换协会理事等。冯教授在软化学合成法制备无机材料、运用构造变换拓扑反应制备高择优取向金属氧化物薄膜、以高光催化活性纳米TiO2制备高光电流密度染料敏化太阳能电池、新型铁电半导体钙钛矿太阳能电池等方面取得了重要成果。
